Say Something / The Dobler Lama 1

  • Description
The iconic scene from the cult classic film “Say Anything” where Lloyd Dobler holds up a boombox outside his high school love’s window taught us all that anything is possible with a little help from Peter Gabriel. The Dalai Lama is a symbol of hope for Tibetans and anyone else who has dedicated time and energy to liberating the Tibetan people from China’s annexation. If only the Dalai Lama had a boombox with some Peter Gabriel, cued up. Surely the world would encounter a global change of heart and we would all see past our differences and tear down all the walls. At least that’s what I’m hoping. Six-layer stencil, series of three.
